rushfang's best friend

Asterheart and Rushfang became very close and inseparable friends basically from the moment she opened her eyes. A lot of her history and personality are open to the one who wants to adopt her, but the basic idea I had for her is that she is patient and has a high tolerance. She never really gets annoyed with Rushfang's temper issues for she is one of the only felines who has ever seen his kinder and gentler side - his vulnerable side. She takes friendships seriously and even though she is unsure about it, has kept the secret he made her promise to keep about how he feels guilty for his mother's passing and how did not mean to yell at Nightingalepaw. She is the only feline who has seen him cry and knows him better than he knows himself and can usually call him out on things. Most of the Clan expects them to be mates one day, considering how close they are. However, Rushfang has enough trouble figuring out his feelings as it is, so if she does have feelings for him, he might need a little help from her to get those feelings unraveled.

Rushfang's mentor is pretty open. The gender can easily be swapped and if you have a character that fits that is already made. Essentially, his mentor was a she-cat who could dish back anything that he dished out. She did not let his anger get in the way of their training, though she also didn't really teach him to reel those anger issues in. In fact, she might have taught him by accident that others can easily handle his sharp tongue (whoops!). I imagine they still have a positive relationship, but how she interacted with him post-family-fight we can discuss. See if we want to make it juicy or just have her be supportive.

Littlewhisker is one of Wolfheart's two mates. Together the trio has had three litters, one of which Kestrelwing has had since becoming a loner and has raised the kits as loners. Littlewhisker is the tom that helped Wolfheart from being a closed-off old tom hiding in the corner somewhere and yelling at the youth about getting off his lawn...or something like that. Littlewhisker is a friendly tom that likes to chat with others. His skill set has largely revolved around tracking and his fighting skills have always been a bit on the weaker side. He has a tendency to not only keep a calmer mind, but he has a tendency to see through others and see who they really hard underneath an immediate appearance, hence why he was able to see faster than anyone that Wolfheart cares more for others than he'd like to admit. He often knows how to poke others' buttons and get them to come to their own realizations about themselves or a situation. From there it is up to the RPer where they want to go with this character. :3[break][break]

One thing I did bring up to Voca that he agreed with is that Meadowstar approached Littlewisker first on the side about being deputy, but Littlewhisker denied it, saying that he would not be the right one for the spot and pointed her towards Wolfheart instead, saying that there was nothing that Wolfheart wouldn't do to support her and the clan. Wolfheart does not know yet about the fact that that conversation happened.

Lightpelt is pretty open to the person who would like to adopt her. She is similar in spirit to Kestrelwing with whom she became very close friends. She is the most sociable of either of her brothers and enjoyed chatting with others from a very young age. She showed that she was inquisitive and liked to figure out how other felines think. She would be the most likely of the three siblings to get into trouble, though she knows better than to do anything that explicitly breaks any major rules. I imagine that she is proud of her brothers and will always be there when either needs her, but she's likely closer to Wolfheart than Nightstalker. How she feels about her best friend, Kestrelwing, leaving the Clan and whether Liughtpelt also thought about leaving for a similar life is up to the RPer. Maybe the two still meet up and catch up every now and again. Whether she knows her brother still visits his mate and that they had another litter since Kestrelwing left is up to the RPer.

Nightstalker has always prided himself on being a neutral-oriented tom. The runt of the litter. Nightstalker enjoyed being on the quieter side and if there were ever conflicts between Lightpelt and Wolfheart (although most of those arguments would merely stem from her poking Wolfheart's buttons which she did often), he would be there to mediate things. But he also found himself enjoying the role of mediator, looking at situations from a completely neutral standpoint, even if other Clans were involved. How deep his loyalties lie to ThunderClan and how he feels about his brother is up to the RPer. It is unlikely that he knows his brother still visits Kestrelwing and that they had another litter, but it can be discussed.

The younger brother and the only one in the litter, Galestorm is an interesting tom. He is quiet, thoughtful, and intent on learning. He has shown some interest in learning about herbs even as he is interested in learning the warrior side as well. He does have another side to him though where he has a tendency to be short-tempered and does not take criticism well. He is likely closer to Nightstalker than his other siblings. His feelings on Wolfheart can be discussed or is up to the RPer. He likely does not know that Wolfheart continues to visit Kestrelwing and does not know about their most recent litter. If he were to ever find out about it, I'd assume there could be some conflict.

Wolfheart would have been there just as much as Littlewhisker and even though he doted on all of his litters, his rougher personality may make some of the kits gravitate more towards Littlewhisker. Although it is impossible to know which kits were truly fathered by one or the other tom if you would like to note their blood father, feel free to. Or perhaps the kits bonded with one or the other more. But Wolfheart and Littlewhisker love all the kits equally and neither cares about what the kit's blood says - all the kits are their kits. Whether they know about their fathers still seeing their mother in secret and whether they know as of yet about their youngest siblings can be discussed. brambleflower's father

Pineheart and Brambleflower have never really gotten along well. When Brambleflower took the blame for the missing herbs, even with Thrushstrike's scent marking him the one who really did it, Pineheart was not easy with Brambleflower, giving him harsh words. This was the theme for much of their lives together. Thrushstrike would do something wrong, Brambleflower would take the blame for wanting his brother to be happy, and Pineheart would not go easy on Bramblwflower. When Brambleflower started to kinda just drift away, Pineheart got mad at him for "ignorning" Thrushstrike. Eventually, Brambleflower realized that Pineheart just wanted the image of the perfect family, strong kits that were exceptional warriors (Pineheart was a bit unhappy with Brambleflower's suffix), a beautiful mate that loved him, and just happiness abound. Brambleflower has pretty much broken it off with Pineheart after he realized this, not wanting to be a part of his imaginary world. How Pineheart has dealt with BVrambleflower telling him off, whether he truly did love Cottonfur or if it was just a ruse to get his dream perfect family, or whether he loves both his kits or one of them is up to the RPer - along with most of everything else. Whether he and Cottonfur had other kits can be up to their RPers.

Much of Cottonfur is pretty open. I imagine she was a bit gentler, more akin to Brambleflower. She and Pineheart used to annoy one another as apprentices, but soon into their warriorships that annoyance turned into love - pure love on her side. Whether she sees Pineheart's odd side where he has been rather harsh on Brambleflower or whether she kinda lives in denial and thinks that he is the perfect mate and father is up to the RPer. I imagine she and Brambleflower still have a good relationship, though perhaps it's a bit strained as he refuses to be around Pineheart these days.

Thrushstrike is a tom that has always been a trouble-maker, ever since they were young. The worst part is that he learned early on that he could easily get away with the things he did - especially since Brambleflower often took the blame for things. Such as when Thrushstrike stole herbs from the medicine cat's den as a kit - Brambleflower said it was him and he took the punishment of being held back from being made an apprentice for a moon. This attitude never faltered. As an apprentice, he often ate prey before bringing some back to the Clan first and when he caused trouble, he blamed others. Now, the reasoning behind why he acts like this, whether it is purposely malicious or if he just wants to avoid the consequences of his actions is up to the RPer. He is much closer to their father than Brambleflower is. Also whether he likes to take advantage of Brambleflower's kinder personality is up to the RPer.

smokescar's mother

The mother to Smokescar, Cindernose had one litter with her mate, Spiderfang, before he was killed in a battle with ThunderClan while trying to keep their claim to their border markers. My idea of her was that she was a sharp-tongued she-cat who did love her kits and has a big heart and deep loyalties to the Clan. Perhaps she was unsure of how deep her feelings for Spiderfang truly went, but his death hit her really hard and she was messed up a bit after his passing, perhaps in part because she wished she had known exactly how she had felt before he was killed. She did her best to hide the sadness and to be there for her kits who were still growing, but Smokekit had a tendency to pick it up and be there to comfort her when she needs it. I imagine they have a good relationship and that he still sees her often, making sure she continues to do well. Whether she ever took on another mate and had more kits is up to the one who adopts her. :3

Ashfang is very open, especially as it concerns how he sees his brother and we can discuss whether they are on good terms or not. Ashfang is noted as having been much louder and more impulsive than Smokescar when they were younger and that he was smaller than his brother. The queens often joked that he felt the need to be louder in order to feel bigger. What happened to his personality and views as he grew up is up to the RPer. I imagine that maybe he was more oblivious to their mother's pain after the death of their father in order to continue the idea of him and Smoke being opposites, but I imagine he does care dearly for his mother and never meant to ignore her hurt. Kestrelwing is one of Wolfheart's two mates. Together the trio has had three litters, one of which she has had since becoming a loner and has raised the kits as loners. She has always been a free spirit and was close friends with the similar-minded Lightpelt before she became friends (and then mates) with Wolfheart and Littlewhisker. She has always been curious about how others live outside of the Clan and in general what things are like outside of ThunderClan. Although she loves her Clan and would do anything for them, after her second litter became warriors, she found the desire to travel and see more was so intense that she could not stay in the Clan. She voluntarily left and has since been roaming around, helping those that she can and learning more about others when allowed. There are times when she calls upon Wolfheart or Littlewhisker for help if she can't handle something by herself as the three still meet up a few times a moon in secret (though it took Wolfheart a while to come to terms with seeing her again after she left the Clan as he saw it as a betrayal). Wolfheart finds it near impossible to say no to her, despite what his words might sound like, and she knows better than to abuse his trust in her. She'd never ask him to do something that would cause issues with Thunderclan.[break][break]

She likely does not know yet that Wolfheart has become deputy so we can role-play that bit of news in their next meeting. I imagine that over the moons while she was in ThunderClan, she made many friends across the Clans through Gatherings as those were always some of her favorite nights and she was often a little frustrated when she was not chosen to go. Like the previous two litters, these guys are completely up to the role-player. For the time being, I'm going to limit the litter to two in order to make it easier since they'll often be traveling with Kestrelwing. However, it can always be discussed if we want more to the litter. These felines would know both of their fathers and would know their mother's history and how they were all a part of ThunderClan. Likely they also know that they have siblings in ThunderClan, but that can be discussed. How they feel about their mother leaving the Clan/their level of intrigue with being in ThunderClan themselves or if they enjoy their traveling lifestyle where they try to help/learn about others is up to the RPer. while it is impossible to know which kit is whose father (or if there is one father without a kit) if you would like to note for one reason or another, you are able to choose which of the two of them is their blood-father. But neither Wolfheart nor Littlewhisker would treat them any differently even if they could know for sure.[break][break]
